

The Challenge
The key challenge for this project was to convey the capabilities and value of Fusion’s Care Planning software in a clear, engaging and accessible way. The video needed to appeal to busy care professionals and decision-makers within the sector, many of whom may not have the time or technical knowledge to engage with long or overly complex explanations.
Fusion wanted to ensure the animation would communicate the real-world benefits of their system, showing how it could simplify care tasks, reduce paperwork, and support better outcomes for residents. The final video would be used by their marketing team across digital channels and presentations to demonstrate the product’s value and drive new enquiries.

What We Did
We worked closely with Fusion throughout the project, starting by refining the script to ensure the most relevant features and advantages were communicated clearly. It was important to strike the right tone of voice while keeping the content easy to digest, so our team collaborated with Fusion to ensure the messaging aligned with their goals.
Our design team created a series of bespoke illustrations that depicted realistic care home settings, staff, and interactions with the software interface. These visuals helped humanise the content, showing the software in action through the lens of its end users. Once approved, the illustrations were built into a storyboard that mapped out the structure and visual flow of the animation.
A professional voiceover artist was selected to narrate the script, helping to guide the viewer through the animation while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone. The animation itself combined character-driven storytelling with clean, clear graphics and dynamic transitions, showing exactly how the Care Planning system works in everyday scenarios.
We incorporated feedback from Fusion at key stages of the project, ensuring they remained involved and confident in the direction of the final product. The end result was a polished, three-minute explainer video that presents the software in a compelling and visually engaging way.
The Result
The final animation successfully communicated the key benefits of Fusion’s Care Planning software, highlighting both its features and its user-friendly interface. The use of tailored illustrations and character animation helped engage viewers and made it easier for potential customers to imagine the software in their own care environments.
Following its launch, the video received positive feedback from Fusion’s internal team and external partners. It is used as part of their digital marketing strategy to promote the Care Planning solution, making it easier to explain the product to prospective clients and strengthening Fusion’s position as a trusted software provider in the healthcare sector.
