Treacle is Hydra Creative’s Chief Motivational Officer, and arguably the most popular member of the team. She’s been showing up for work (most days) for nearly ten years, offering unwavering emotional support, unsolicited barking in meetings, and strong leadership when it comes to lunchtime walks.

Her core responsibilities include enforcing regular break times for belly rubs, ensuring snacks are never eaten alone, and reminding the team to stretch their legs, usually by force. A natural in front of the camera, Treacle has also become the face of Treacle Tuesday, quickly rising to mascot status and becoming a firm favourite with both clients and the team, known for her well-timed barks whenever someone joins a Teams call.

Beloved by clients and staff alike, Treacle takes her role very seriously, except when she’s napping through deadlines. A true professional.
