Having completed a Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship, Melissa developed a solid foundation in campaign planning, content creation, and digital strategy. She particularly enjoys the content-led aspects of her role, using carefully researched insights to craft strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.

Melissa thrives on the research and planning side of SEO, diving into data, spotting opportunities, and shaping long-term plans that influence performance and decision-making. Her thoughtful and strategic approach allows her to contribute meaningfully to team projects while continuing to grow in confidence and technical skill.

With an academic background that includes both a BA and a Master’s degree in History, Melissa brings a natural curiosity and an ability to interpret complex information, qualities that support her work in research, strategy, and content planning.
