Lucy is an SEO Executive at Hydra Creative and a valued member of the Digital Marketing team, bringing with her a decade of experience in marketing and a strong drive to continue developing her expertise. She joined Hydra in 2025, marking an exciting transition into agency life after many years working client-side.

A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with a BA in Marketing Communications and Advertising, Lucy spent ten years at an electrical engineering company, where she held the role of Marketing Executive. In this position, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing activity, including social media, website development, branding, and events and exhibitions. This experience gave her a broad understanding of how strategic marketing supports business growth across different sectors.

Now part of Hydra’s Digital Marketing team, Lucy focuses on SEO and is keen to expand her technical knowledge while applying her well-rounded marketing background to deliver meaningful results for clients. Her ability to see the bigger picture, combined with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, makes her a strong asset as she continues to grow within the team.
