Holly is a creative and dedicated member of the Hydra Creative team, whose journey with the agency began at just 15 years old during a school work experience placement. Now, three years later, she has become a valued contributor across the design and video teams, having developed her skills through hands-on learning and formal training.

Starting with a Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship, Holly quickly showed initiative and a strong interest in visual content. She later progressed to a Content Creation apprenticeship, where she refined her abilities in both video production and graphic design. Since then, she has gone on to support the delivery of full website designs, working closely with the wider team to bring creative concepts to life for clients across various sectors.

Holly has integrated seamlessly into the agency, becoming a trusted and dependable presence across multiple departments. Having watched her grow from a work experience student into a confident and capable team member, the wider Hydra team continues to support and champion her development as she takes on new responsibilities and challenges.

With a growing portfolio of experience and a thoughtful, practical approach to every task, Holly is an integral part of the creative delivery process and a key contributor to the team’s ongoing success.
